There are plenty of reasons why we should stop. But they ’re just our bullshitting us. Our brain tries to protect ourselves against everything that’s unfamiliar, everything that can be unpleasant or „dangerous”. So, this supercomputer in our heads hacks us with these limiting beliefs.
Let’s get our control back and just count back from 5…4…3…2…1 and just make the first step. Fuck motivation! Just make the first step, then the next one to build momentum and never take your mind’s eye off of the goal!

Consume inspiring contents. Youtube, movies, podcasts, publications, you name it, but keep feeding yourself with inspiration.
Self-motivation comes from you. If you don’t take care of the underlying issues that keep you from making progress. Don’t fall back on blaming others for your failure. Sometimes, you can rely on external factors and friends for motivation, but at the end of the day, you’re the one who has to put in the work.
